Cooper's Fellowship:
As a Baltimore Corps Fellow at the Department of Social Services, Cooper helps in the creation of a new "Innovation Division" of DSS. He lends his diverse educational background and technical skills to the challenge.

Cooper believes that effective chance can only come through solid, measurable goals. He hopes to use modern analytical and managerial tools to improve the efficiency of social services in Baltimore. Cooper is a May 2015 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, with a double major in Mathematics and Economics.
