Stefanie Hopkins, Deputy Director of Partnerships and Development

As Deputy Director, Stefanie plays a key role in supporting Baltimore Corps by establishing and enhancing connections with employer partners who share the goal of developing leaders in Baltimore's social sector through diverse pathways and experiences. She is involved in identifying, maintaining, and consulting with potential partner organizations for Baltimore Corps Place for Purpose service. Additionally, Stefanie is involved in leading Baltimore Corps Civic Innovators Program, a collaborative initiative that mobilizes corporate volunteers to address specific challenges in City agencies.

Stefanie is a natural bridge builder with a passion for empowering and mobilizing individuals and organizations to create a stronger and more equitable Baltimore. Her expertise lies in volunteer management, panel facilitation, partnership development, and program management. Before joining Baltimore Corps, she gained experience in community outreach and volunteer management at CASA Baltimore, the Baltimore Community Mediation Center, South Baltimore Learning Center, and Maryland New Directions. Originally from southern California, Stefanie served in Baltimore through Americorps and obtained a social work license after completing her degree at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
