Kendra's Fellowship:
Kendra works with BUILD (Baltimoreans United in Leadership Development) to make Baltimore the national epicenter for innovation on democracy issues and establish best practices that could hold the key to transforming the American electorate over the next decade. Inspired by the results of 2016 campus voter registration efforts, BUILD and the Foundation for Civic Leadership (FCL) initiated conversations at top-performing campuses around doubling student voting rates in mid-term elections between 2014 and 2018.
