Derrell's Fellowship:

Derrell works to improve community engagement and public safety in the South Baltimore neighborhoods that comprise the Casino Impact Area, also known as the “South Baltimore Gateway.” Derrell develops and supports neighborhood-based public safety strategies and programs by working with community organizations, faith-based institutions, service providers, government agencies, and residents to promote collaboration and cooperation and to leverage additional human-capital and financial resources.
