Mark’s Fellowship: Mark provides support to the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant and Multicultural Affairs’ (MIMA) director, and coordinates and standardize a process to improve and enhance the quality of translation (and interpretation) for constituents who have limited English proficiency (LEP). The standardized process will be introduced and implemented across city agencies.
