Jill Pardini
Mayor's Office
Jill’s passion for access to quality education stems from her fundamental belief that education can result in transformational change for individuals, families and entire communities. An experienced nonprofit executive, Jill is intent on achieving large-scale policy change in post-industrial urban centers such as Baltimore. It is her hope that Baltimore can return to its days of welcoming and transforming the lives of new immigrants to the United States, like it did when the city was a shipping and railroad giant.
As a Baltimore Corps Fellow, Jill leads the City's Children's Cabinet, a high-level initiative bringing together more than eighty youth service agencies from across the city, twelve government agencies, and and various local partners in its effort to create positive change for all youth from cradle to career. Working for the Mayor's Office of Health, Human Services, Education, and Youth (HHSEY), Jill works on various initiatives in the Deputy Mayor's portfolio including, but not limited to: B'more for Healthy Babies, Journey Home, Outcomes Budgeting, and others.
Jill is a returned Peace Corps volunteer, a former Fulbright Scholar in Malaysia and founder and previous director of Soccer Without Borders Baltimore (SWB).
