This week, we have Priyanka Thakkar, project coordinator for the newly formed Baltimore Innovation Team, supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies, which supports Innovation Teams (i-teams) in more than 20 cities and in four countries.

Reporting to Mayor Pugh, the Baltimore i-team works closely with residents and city staff to design solutions with clear goals and to rigorously measure progress.

Priyanka says, "I care about deeply about this opportunity to contribute to the development of the community and to learn and grow important social impact skills as a Fellow. And, I know that equitable access of resources and opportunities to everyone without any discrimination is very important!"
