This week we have Baltimore Corps Fellow Maconel James, who works on the Constellation Energy team, an Exelon company, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Maconel strives to make sure Constellation’s Talent Acquisitions team reaches its goal of achieving excellence in hiring by providing a seamless and fair candidate experience from beginning to end.

Maconel is excited to be a part of Baltimore Corps' 5th Fellowship cohort and enjoys connecting with like-minded residents of Baltimore. His interests lie in closing the education/opportunity gap and improving city infrastructure.
