Join Us as a Host Partner for Community Health Pathways!

Baltimore Corps is excited to launch Community Health Pathways, a paid service learning AmeriCorps program designed to train and develop members to serve as Community Health Navigators. We're seeking Baltimore-based health organizations to host these dedicated individuals.

What's Expected of Host Partners?

  • Supervision & Support – Provide direct supervision, support, and reporting on service objectives.

  • Meaningful Projects – Offer capacity-building projects that our members can support, with significant responsibilities and measurable service.

  • Commitment to Equity – Share a commitment to racial and health equity.

  • Compliance – Comply with all AmeriCorps requirements and audits and Baltimore Corps training terms.

  • Participate in a cost-share program model
