Monique Boyd is a mission-driven leader, effective operator, and proven culture builder. She excels at bringing diverse teams together to move important agendas forward.

Before joining Baltimore Corps, Monique held executive leadership positions at the Job Opportunities Task Force, the University of Maryland in College Park, Carnegie Mellon University, and Chatham University. A hallmark of her leadership is engaging new and existing donors to grow robust grant and student financial aid programs.

Monique’s professional affiliations include the ICH Workforce Subcommittee, Economic Mobility Grant Steering Committee, College Board, and the National Association for Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). She is passionate about mentoring and coaching people and cultivating accountable, visionary leaders. A Pittsburgh native, she is an ardent Steelers fan, a dedicated runner, and a fitness enthusiast. Monique earned a BA in Management from Chatham University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Point Park University.
