“I grew a lot personally. I have learned so much as a person and as a professional, this was my first job after my career change into tech and I am really grateful. I would recommend this program to anyone interested; I am very happy with how things went overall.”

– Cohort 1 Fellow

“Our fellow is a great researcher who contributes valuable insights. (The Fellow) asks great questions when she is unsure, which is a critical aspect of learning. (The Fellow) is also a wonderful team member who is eager to engage on projects.”

– Department of Housing & Community Development

“The DGS Communications team has significantly benefited from (our Fellows) being with us. They are both so much fun to work with. We have been able to provide better customer service to our stakeholders because we’ve had additional people to focus on different tasks. The program is a great opportunity for the Fellows but also for DGS and we hope to continue.”
