We apply a rigorous equity lens to evaluate the needs of the city and organizations within it, this distinguishes us from other talent acquisition services. We ask ourselves hard questions, and cultivate forward-looking solutions within the local social impact sector.
Our practice of equity starts with taking a head-on approach to addressing the obstacles that people of marginalized identities face, structuring programs that connect people with the tools they need to propel their talent, and producing solutions for employers eager to be equitable. Through programming and partnership with local employers, we connect overlooked talent to resources, support, and employment that serves as a catalyst to a career in change-making.
